Endegnanew “Endy” Assefa is a pioneering tourism expert and founder of Endy Tours Ethiopia. With years of experience as a licensed tour guide, hospitality consultant, and social advocate, he has led multiple initiatives in tourism and community development. Endy serves as the President of the Ethiopian Tourist Guides Professional Association (ETGPA) and represents African regions in the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA). He’s also a co-founder of SAEDO, a nonprofit focused on social and environmental development. As a passionate social media influencer, he actively promotes Ethiopian tourism across platforms with tens of thousands of followers.
Endegnanew “Endy” Assefa is a tourism professional who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Development with very great distinction from Adama University, and a Master of Arts in Tourism Development and Management from Addis Ababa University.
With over 12 years of experience as a tour operator and tour guide/leader, Endy has worked with both local and international tour companies. His attention to detail, broad skillset, and charismatic personality enable him to create highly personalized experiences and build meaningful relationships with clients and partners alike.
